wow. The Roots holding such an event should be enough to get anyone to go, but add the others and theres no reason you shouldnt be there. (unless you HATE dancing)

If I had the $$$ and one single person willing to go with, I'd be there. Monetary funds are so slim right now it's not even funny. I'm using dish soap to wash clothes. The pizza business really sucks right now in this shatty little college town.

Less than a week. This really helped out with conflicts this year. TVOTR,Santigold, and mother effin Public Enemy. I get my sunburn a weekend early this year.

I REALLY wanna go but I don't think it's gonna happen. Freakin work freakin sucks and I'm not getting enough hours. Gawd damn them. I WILL be at Phish though.
I was down there yesterday. I didn't go in though. I guess it sold out sometime in the early afternoon. My gf and I decided to go down and sell waters and listen to the tunes from the outside sidewalk. GREAT IDEA. We sold 7 cases of water, and could have sold more. Antibalas, The Black Keys and TV on the Radio all sounded good, even from the outside. It was a great day for a festival.
^^Sorry I missed you. It was a fun filled day. There were a few things gone wrong (PE running way over the slot time and TVOTR running waaaay behind) but otherwise a great show. My only concern was the port o john people that refused to stock toilet paper in the rest rooms and when asked for some they refused to give it to you unless you gave them a tip first. They also did this this with hand sanitizer.
Is this a common occurance at Penns Landing?

I've never had a problem with that there. Of course, I've never been to an all day event there either. The problem I've had at Penns Landing is wading through all the trash. There's never been enough trash cans and they overflow and people just start throwing sh!t everywhere. Fun times.
Well at least it doesn't happen often. I sent an email to DWC to see what they had to say about it. Still agravates me to no end, with the 'Miss Piggy' Flu and all of that.
