Well there is a Waka thread, but its kinda hard to go through it all and see who is doing the Waka to Roo thing.
So, who all is doing Waka, then heading to Roo after. Concidering they are offering extended camping for $29 that lets you stay till Wednesday, I may end up doing that. Then ill have plenty of time to check out the hiking trails that lead to the wonderful waterfall.
Also thought it might be cool to get a group of us together and possible follow each other to Roo. If any of us are doing Tent only to camp at Camp Inforoo it'll make things easier with saving space for others.
This could also serve as a thread for people looking for a ride to Roo from Waka. In which case i'd have a few open seats.
I'll be doing Waka to Roo. I only live about 2 and half hours south of Waka though so I'll be heading home for a couple days of work and recooperating before heading to TN.
im doin it, not staying on the waka campground between though, i'm going to go see my cousins in little rock for a few days then head to manchester. i would love to stay in the ozarks but all 3 of my cousins have had babies in the past year that i'd like to see. plus it will be nice to regain my senses before losing them all again at roo.
The Waka->Roo is gonna be one hell of a ten day party.
and almost the same as the Roo-> Roth ten day party! ZING!
And Roth is weak.
Just sayin'. Not really the same.
Update: I had just assumed Waka would be better than Roth. But wow! Waka somehow manages to make Roth seem like it's not a complete waste of money! Rock on!

Waka is a smaller grass roots fest imo. Roth seems like it was aiming for the big bucks from the start and tried its best to get up with other fests like Roo, Coachella and Lolla. Not that it is a bad thing, just I consider them to be different festivals with different goals.
