I just sent in my volunteer app. I haven't been to 'roo since 06 for financial reasons, mostly. This summer, money isn't any better, but the line-up is so good and I'm graduating nursing school and I want to go so badly. I do have previous volunteer experience, so I hope that helps me get picked.
Sadly, my fiance will not have the vacation time to go with me. So I would be going it alone, but I'm open to a new experience.
But there's nothing about volunteering this year. How was it last year? Did you still get to see the shows you wanted to see? Was it horrible, or did you have fun working? Are the benefits worth it? Do you still have to wait in line or do you get a separate entrance?
i agree, with the one thread idea.... just read the volunteer thread.. you will get all the info you need... but its not bad at all.... im doing it again this year if that says anything?
