What Time Can We Enter Roo?????

officially not till 7 am thursday but they usually let peopl in starting wednesday night. if you go in that early though, i hear you get put in bfe.

I've said this a few times, but that's ok because this question comes up a lot.

Anyway, I work for one of the parking companies that park all of Roo. We do most of it too, and in my opinion it doesn't matter what time you come in. Yes, we do start bringing people in Weds night, and yes, it's not really "official" until 7 or 8 AM Thursday morning.

Bottom line is every year there is a different plan to tackle the flow of traffic. On Wednesday night, we like to park a lot of the VIPs mostly. All GA go to selected lots, some are BFE, some are not. On Thursday, the time you come in truly has no bearing whatsoever on where you will be parked. We are constantly deterring the traffic flow to different areas when one of them get congested, so it is constantly changing.

So to sum it up, you can enter on Wednesday night if your there, or you can wait until Thursday. It really doesn't matter what time, but your odds are definetly better if you show up Thursday morning at some time. Anything after 8 PM on Thursday though, I'd say your pretty much guaranteed a BFE parking spot. This is coming from an employee too

Oh and while your entering Roo this year, look for the parking employee with Moon Shoes on, it'll either be me or some of my crew. We may be able to hook you up a bit (no guarantees)

yup - last year we had no real issues because we were in Access - the only issue I had was that the people at the gates did not mark our car - other then to put an access sticker on it and we kept having to wave my placard at people - someone finally marked the car with a paint pen and it was all good from there
