On Friday April 3, Backyard Tire Fire will be playing at Newport's Historic Southgate House.
Earlier in the day, the band will be performing live and in-studio at WNKU, on the campus of NKU - Landrum Building, Room 303 at 4:30. It's free but seats are minimal and based on a first come, first serve basis.
It's my birthday tomorrow and, even though I'm not a huge Backyard Tire Fire fan, I'll probably be attending both, the in-studio if I can, because I can't think of a better way to spend my 28th birthday.
I saw them at MidPoint last year, and have seen them at the Southgate House before.
I love music and concerts, but hate birthdays, especially getting older, where has the time gone, but I really don't want to do anything else on my birthday.
So for any Backyard Tire Fire fans in the Cincinnati area, just wanted to give you a heads up on the free in-studio performance, if you didn't already know.
