Thoughts? I personally no longer regret not going to Rothbury, as I can now see the act I was most excited about (Nas+Marley). This is good. I'm also excited for KRS One, The Roots, Reflection Eternal, Raekwon and RZA are always good, Necro, Slaughterhouse, and Chali 2na. There are a lot of groups I haven't heard of which is good news since Guerilla Union always comes through in that department- they introduced me to the greatness that is MURS! Speaking of which, all the hosts are awesome. KRS and Supernat are legendary, and MURS and Pete Rock are just plain awesome. What do you guys think?

looks like a sweet lineup, but i agree that last year's was better. i've seen the roots and common enough that they wouldn't necessarily draw me to a fest.
sage francis and KRS one will be sick, though. and wtf is aesop rock lately? i haven't seen him on a lineup anywhere.

I dont care for Sage Francis or Tech Nine(and dont know a few at the bottom), but the rest looks good. is this Nas's third straight Rock the Bells? House of Pain, are they 50? Nice to see Eydea & Abilities get a chance. Would be neat to see Big Boi.
Amen. I went to the last one in Atlanta, about 2 years ago, and had great seats. Blackstar aka Mos Def and Talib Kweli, Nas, Wu-Tang. It was awesome. I would definitely go to this if there was one in Atlanta.

trust me......this isn't what I would consider a "fest". It's just a long concert with many acts. When I went 2 years ago there were two stages. One tiny one with lesser knowns and a big one for main acts. It was pretty fun and I got to see Wu Tang Clan then Rage against the machine.........but it's nothing crazy. I may go this year depending on when and how much it costs. its a sick lineup.
