Maybe I'll throw myself to the dogs, but my back's not to the wall Maybe I'll lay some bricks for the man, but the days just aren't that long So if I settle back and chill will I see far enough to feel the angel's dream? I thought it was the Story of the World!

Rats! I hoped to be the first one to mention it, but you inforoosters. . . You're a tricky kind. Anyways, he was talking about Cheney saying that America still acknowledges that there are still security problems in Iraq. Stewart responded with, "Security problems? Bonnaroo still has security problems. Iraq has total cluster f***". Just so you know. . .

How long before someone makes the argument that this "proves" that Bonnaroo is too mainstream?
I really think it has to do with the fact that Demetri Martin is part of the Daily Show crew - and he had a bit literally 2min after John mentioned Roo ;D

^BTW I wasnt making that argument at all! It just seems like every time some people discover that other people know about Bonnaroo, they start that "Roo has officially sold-out" bullsh!t.

That would be great to see Jon Stewart there as a fan. He is a very smart man and would be fun to pick his brain.
Now thinking about it, I am surprised Roo hasnt had a tent where fans could ask questions to performers in a setting like Inside the Actors Studio except with bands/comedians at roo. Great fan interaction and if you are a fan of a certain artist that could be very very cool.
"That's the big thing about education. People can be book smart, but not really intelligent about anything else. A lot of times they just taking in all this information and regurgitate it. It's much more important to process it and personalize it. To apply it to your world, to your life. You have to walk the walk, or you can't really report about it honestly."
