Long time lurker, first time poster and I hate for my first post to be such a downer but I'm in a big pickle. I'm a college student, a poor one at that (aren't we all?) and I purchased two tickets using the payment plan. One for me and one for a really good friend of mine that I was seeing at the time. Anyway, all my payments were going great, even the payment that had to go through today. But apparently, my April 7th payment was declined and I was just informed now, after the May 5th payment went though. All I want is information. What happens now? Can I just pay the remainder and get the tickets or do I have to pay the ENTIRE amount in addition to what I have paid already, which would amount to pretty much four entire tickets?
To make matters worse, my friend I was seeing is not on speaking terms with me but I figured I could just give the tickets to another one of my friends cause a lot of people want to go. Just frustrates me that if it wasn't me getting her a ticket, I would be in the clear. /end rant
Any information is appreciated, even if it's bad. I've already e-mailed them but I haven't received a reply yet. Many thanks!
That really sucks man, hopefully its just a mistake. I dont know if you can call anyone or anything but I would def. get in touch with whoever is in charge of payments. I would be beyond angry if I was informed a month after the fact that a payment was declined. I hope everything gets cleared up for you, sounds like a really crappy situation.

I would definitely call the customer service number! I had to cancel my debit card after it was stolen right before the April 7th payment and they were totally understand about me needing to cancel the card and call back a week later with a new card number. Not that you're in the exact same situation but they seem to be reasonable people, I'm sure there's an explanation for what happened!
Incidentally, I got an email today saying my April 7th payment had been processed and that my next payment would be taken out on Tuesday, May 5th. (????) Since I got that same email almost a month ago after the April 7th payment was initially processed and now everyone here is having problems, maybe they are just having server issues or something? I certainly hope they didn't charge me an extra $100 for an additional April 7th payment today! D:
sometimes home is less where you live and more where you lay your head. sometimes hardwood floors and sleeping bags feel better than a bed. we've been on the road for almost two weeks now and we're not sure we want to quit. because, even broken strings when everybody sings, they only sting a bit.
fwiw, i also got an email today saying my april 7 payment went through and i'd be charged again on may 5. pretty sure they just didn't update the form email they send out.
My April payment was denied as well. Just respond to the email. When I did I sent the credit card information again and they e-mailed me back saying they used the wrong expiration date. Simple and easily fixed.
