I have searched around and havnt been able to find what im looking for. A buddy and I are driving out from CA in a 4 door civic. Do you think one of the EZ up shade tents will fit in a car of this size?

I drive a Mazda 3 Sport and I have to put one of my back seats down to fit my 10x10 one in the car which is kindof a pain but there are only three of us in the car so it's ok.
I have a Ford Fusion and ive had things like that in the car many times. The civic is rather smaller though like my previous Jetta. I am assuming it should have a seat that drops down, most modern cars has this. IF its just you two it will be easy to accommodate if your trunks too small.

...Then again I dont even know what the girls I'm going with have (crossing fingers)
I believe you said you are going with 10 other girls. You should really get together with them before June. All of you. And make a check list. Asign each girl a list of things to bring. That way you all don't end up bringing ketchup but no hot dogs. Trust me, it can happen.
Every fest I go to I have a meeting before. This way there are no doubles and nothing is forgotten.
I can recommend the Sierra II EZup. We've had ours for the last six years and it's been through two Wakarusas, two Bonnaroos and a couple dozen KC Chiefs tailgates. It has held up well with no issues, even during the infamous Waka wind storms, although we did drop it during the tornado. Just be sure to stake it down, otherwise its a parasail. Cabela's has them for $80 on sale.

Yeah we're having a big meet and greet (since I only know half the kids hah) and hopefully that'll work out. I'm sure these girls think i'm nuts for trying to be so organized... but I want to be responsible now... so I can be utterly care free (read: irresponsible) when I get there.

I've found group Wiki pages also work INCREDIBLY well for this - esp. if your group is scattered (we have people in NC, TN and NY). You can make one for free on pbworks.com and everyone stays really organized even if you don't live in the same area.

^^ ahh that's a reallly good idea. Then I'm not printing out a big word document and passing them around like for some elementary school field trip. haha.
^^That's what I always do. I'm the event coordinator every year. I print up a check list for everyone and we go through and divide the list up equally.
