I don't think it's at on of music. not sure, can't remember
From Roo.com:
Bonnaroo’s solar-powered stage presents an eclectic schedule of music, dance, environmental speakers and interactive entertainment. With our friends at Rock the Earth, and with additional support from StopGlobalWarming.org and the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC), we’ll also be hosting panels featuring artists, scientists and activists discussing social change through music, with a focus on global warming.

Yeah, it's mainly focused on activism and, if I remember correctly, yoga?
You do get some music there, though. Last year I caught a few songs from the Duhks, although they were also talking about environmental issues in between songs.
I know they always have belly dancers and drum players on the stage. It looks like they've added some break dancers this year. I've always viewed the Solar Stage as entertainment for those shopping and browsing the kiosks in Planet Roo.
They have a few performers listed for the Solar Stage (such as Justin Townes Earle), and other performers with the word Interview next to their names. I think that's what jfabian is referring, whether those will be "real" performances or something else. I was curious myself, because last year I just remember the belly dancers and drummers and whatnot, never any artists.
