So i've gotten a lot of good ideas from my other post. However i am looking now to see whats the best drinkable alcohol at night/ evening. I love Patron, and Whiskeys ... But what is a awesome go to for you? ( besides beer? )
im a first timer and we were planning on bloody marys for breakfast and beer for the rest of the day, but then i read here somehwere someone mentioned wine-in-a-box. can't believe i forgot about that! i'd say wine, or rum, or gin. if i can find a good plastic container i will probably be bringing along the rum i've got here as well.
not planning on getting shitfaced, since kiddo will be with us, but she is 13 so a little drinky-poo will be ok.

this year, for me, it's gonna go like this (i think):
coffee > juices/water = before noon
yeungling/other ales + water/maybe g&ts = afternoon
double ipas/jaeger/red bull = evening & night
but for the ALL NIGHTER, it's van gogh double esperesso vodka all the way. #1 - it's the only liquor left in the world i can drink straight. #2 - caffeine. sun-up here i come!!
p.s. - i will not ever be getting wasted. unless maybe you count saturday night, late late. i am a self-proclaimed master of moderation.
Wow. Double IPAs and jager bombs. That doesn't sound anything like sobriety or moderation to me ;D I mean, I like to think that I am the jager bomb queen, but even I'm not going to touch it at roo. I'm sure my boyfriend were prefer if I stayed conscious the whole time. He would not like to carry me around bonnaroo
wow i just re read my post and that sounds like a lot of alcohol. let me clarify, by bloody marys i meant for husband and i, meaning one each. same for just about everything else. moderation is key, especially w kiddo along. ;-) plus if im drunk i get lazy so if it were just he and i still probably wouldnt drink too much - id miss all the music!
I always bring some whiskey with me ta 'Roo. But I usually drink it more early on and move ta beer as the day goes on. Maybe this year will be different?

Ha! lbomb -- I never said i would be SOBER, i said I wouldn't be getting WASTED. A bomber of douple ipa & 2-3 jaeger bombs before heading to centeroo for the night won't get me wasted, just heavily buzzzzzzzzzed.
you gotta understand my liquor selection is very limited. due to high school/college, i hate all brown liquor, and i hate tequila, and i never had a taste for gin. hate schnapps. so all i have left is gin, jaeger, and that espresso vodka.
