Everybody knows there's a chance 'roo will run out of schedules and guidebooks (well if you don't you do now). Also, if you do get your hands on a schedule it might get ruined by the constant opening and closing, handing off to friends, getting soaked by sweat or rain.... So Pisgah's tip of the week: Bring your own copy of the schedule! What I've done for the last couple of years is print off a copy of the excel spreadsheet found here: www.sendspace.com/file/s1m889 (THANKS CHRIS!!!) then cut all the excess paper off, fold the paper so that the big stages/tents are on one side and the cafe's and comedy are on the other side, then run over to kinkos and get each day separately laminated:
There ya go! Your own personal pocked sized daily schedule (Just fold Friday and Saturday in half). It rocks for the drive to the farm. It rocks to not have to unfold the official (paper) schedule. It rocks to keep the official schedule at camp.
Pisgah's tip of the week vol. 15. Bring your own copy of the schedule!

I did this last year and it worked great but instead of getting it professionally I covered it in clear packing tape. It is much cheaper that way and it worked just fine for me. My Friday schedule survived being in my pocket for the MMJ show so Ive got a feeling the packing tape can survive most of what you will see.

When I first opened this I thought, "Man, that spreadsheet looks familiar." Haha. Great tip. I think I have something wlse to do at work today. BTW, you guys can probably play around with the scale that it prints and make it as small as possible but still legible.

pisgah - every time I click on a link to one of your threads of advice........I think......eh this is probably something dumb or something obvious.......but every thread is helpful. I planned on doing this for my schedule this year but now know I will considering the final product looks perfect.
