in '07 i got a job a few months before roo. i never mentioned that i was going to a fest, but in the interview i simply stated that prior to moving and looking for a new job i had an expensive trip planned and paid for. i asked if it would matter taking the time off so soon if i got hired and they said no. so it depends on how understanding someone is with your situation.
yeah, I would talk to the managers at the places ur looking at but in reality if it was me I would just go to Roo no matter what but I'm totally irresponsible.

and haha everyone said go to bonnaroo. try asking this question on a Rothbury board and see what they say
1) I have very few bills to pay. A few here and there, but not anything major. 2) All three jobs are pretty much guaranteed. Really, it's all up to which one I want and when I can start. I figure, whichever one I take, I could start after Bonnaroo and be fine. 3) I already have my ticket. 4) I have around 1500 dollars saved up for just this kind of emergency. I can survive on that with ease over the next few weeks.
Really, everything points at 'I should go to Bonnaroo', but I wanted to get some second opinions just in case.
dude what the .uck are you considering? Your doing alot better than many. If any one of the jobs is guareenteed why is this post here? ....why not just... Grab the best one for you, start to work it, as someone said tell them you need off June 10-16, go to roo and have a blast, go home and right back to work. I don't see the problem.

man i am in the same boat. i moved 6 weeks before roo and am still having trouble fiding a job, but this is my last trip before i start school so i said hel yes i'm going. YOU SHOULD TOO
