I put my final payment on my card on the 18th, checked my balance around noon on the 19th (it was at $55). Checked my e-mail around 1 AM today, and my final payment was denied.
Then, I try to access my account (an Emerald Card from HR Block) via phone and e-mail, apparently my account status is preventing me from access to my card or something.
CAll music today they will take an alternate form of payment. My card got canceled, because of some data theft the day before a payment was due, they took care of it right away.
So, when I was checking up on my account last night, it said that something about my account was restricting me from accessing my account... and I checked today, and my $55 is still on the card.
Looks like the transaction just didn't go through... so I'll call Music Today in an hour or so.
Thanks Jess, I talked to them just now and they have it rerouted to another card... seems what happened yesterday was my account was down and inaccessible or something, but I can access it now (???) .
