troo, I , and others will be again trying to collect old unwanted tents, tarps, water etc for the disabled homeless. i work for a licensed charity in nashville. we will try to pick up old tents and tarps left on the grounds on monday. if you have anything please let troo or me know.
if you live in or around nashville i will make arrangements to pick it up. i can provide a receipt.
we help people who CANNOT work and who are not able to be housed for one reason or another.
You know I'm in on this and will be scavenging Monday. If anyone wants to drop off gear they are leaving behind (or let me know where they are leaving it), feel free to PM me.
im, sory i sorta volunteered you didnt i? if i have my outreach people come down on monday can they get in to help you? if not can they sit their car off site and could you or someone transfer some things to them off site? this would maximize howmuch stuff we could get off site. also....please let me know if you need any of the stuff for any of your ventures. im not hogging anything.. i just dont want anything wasted!

Belltwala1, we'll get together at Roo (I'll forward my cell# soon) and work out the details. I would hope the Roo people would either let your people on site Monday or at least let me shuttle stuff in and out. But we'll do whatever we have to.

thats a GREAT idea rolling..yes any sealed snacks can be used by either my folks or the mission. im not trying to hog anything - i just hate to see things not used when there are people who really need it.
again...anyone who lives in the nashville area can come by and see our outreach or call and we can do a pick up.
This is such an amazing thing. I wish you guys the best of luck for your great cause. We will be staying until monday and will help as much as possible
Are you guys going to have a specific place on Monday that you'll be collecting stuff? I'm not sure if we will or won't have stuff leftover, but if we do, it'd be good to know where to leave it.
