ROTHBURY is pleased to announce the following additions to our already stellar line-up: Umphrey's McGee, Keller Williams, The White Buffalo, The Parlor Mob, Reed Thomas Lawrence, Wendy Darling, Big Gigantic and LYNX & Janover.

Good additions IMO. A lot of people over at infobury seemed let down though. Seems similar to our additions for Roo.........the festival goers get themselves all excited and build up expectations.........then feel let down when the additions don't measure up to the expectations they created lol.
both festivals have awesome lineups......no need to hate on additions.
Yeah, thank god I'm more into what Roo's offering up now than what they were back in the day... not that there's anything wrong with that, I just have found Roo to be so much more personally satisfying lately. I'd just hate to have to go up to Michigan... or would I ???
In all honesty, I'd love to go to this thing, one year... maybe a year where Roo's offering nothing for me or a year where I'm loaded.

the one band i was hopin to see added was the roots. saw them at voodoo in 04 (03?) idk but they efffin rocked. supposedly they are tourin with nas and damien as headliners for rock the bells, so it was a longshot. also, i feel a large number of the rothbury faithful were hoping for more than one round of adds, considering last year there was at least 2, maybe 3. finally if you tally the total number of acts, i think that the number dropped off, but when you have to fork out the dough for acts like the dead and sci, you have to make sacrifices somewhere.

ok im sorry to be all negative rothbury because i cant go even though i would love to, and i want to to do bad things to everyone who tells me i should be at Roth over Roo, but this is the biggest L O L comment ive ever read on the intranetz about rothbury......
Rothbury is going to be a lot crazier just by virtue of the type of bands that are going to be playing, and the type of people who go to see those bands.

Rothbury will be better than Bonnaroo....but..... Bonnaroo will be better than Rothbury. (I know, it's weird but I don't make up the rules) Since both have bands that are better than the other, and both venues have better vibes than the other, you can't lose.
