I do want to see Pretty Lights, but it is all dependent on when Phish stops playing. There's absolutely no way I'd have any concept of time towards the end of a Phish show and think "ooo Pretty Lights is almost about to come on... I should go"
I'll be @ Phish and GirlTalk for sure but I would love to wander over to Public Enemy and Phoenix for a few songs. I won't know about the latter two until I am there and feeling the vibe.
I'll probably be dragged to Phish by everyone at Roo that I know, but I'm hoping to catch Public Enemy and then just wander around aimlessly, trying to get used to my surroundings.

Go to Public Enemy. You can meet up with your pals later. That's what I've found of three years going to Roo. Go see what you want to see, regardless if you friends want to see it. You can always meet up later, but don't miss out on a show you really want to see
Serious bump, but just looking at this made me think:
I saw:
20 or so minutes of Kaki King about 15 minutes of Grace Potter and the Nocturnals a Galactic set about 5 minutes of King Sunny Ade an Al Green set 15 minutes of Beastie Boys a David Byrne set an hour of Phish then about 15 minutes of Femi Kuti then a Public Enemy set and then a Girl Talk set
