I can't believe they put Wilco and the Decemberists against each other again - same as in 07! It surprised me a little then because I would have thought there was quite a bit of overlap in fan base, but I'm really surprised they did the same thing again. The Decemberists are my favorite current band so I'll definitely be there (well, if I'm on the farm at all...). And I really want to see Jenny Lewis too so I'll probably be there and then heading to the Decemberists right away, so I guess I'm going to miss Wilco's entire show this year. DEPRESSING.
It's Costello vs. The Decemberists for me with the edge currently going to Costello because of the kinds of special guests he'll potentially be able to pull for his set. Plus, if he plays "Beyond Belief", my weekend will be complete.

I would see Wilco, but I'll see them later so I'm planning on seeing TMV with my friend who is an insane fan. That should be half the fun, I think this is the show they're looking forward to the most.

This is the worst. I really want to hear The Hazards of Love being played through, as that's going to be one of the best albums of 09 hands down in my opinion. But I've seen them 3 times now, and Colin Meloy once on his solo gig. I've never seen Volta still in my life...
So I'm either going to be at Volta, or at the first half of Decemberists (hopefully where they'll play Hazards of Love through like the rest of the tour) and then to Volta.
This is such a huge conflict for me that Wilco isn't even being considered... and they were one of my top 10 bands on the initial line up. Unfortunately, The Decemberists and TMV were also top 10... but more like top 7ish

Wilco vs. Decemberists. I've seen Wilco a couple of times and only caught Decemberists at Which Stage in '07 (AKA - hellish heat). I'll try The Decemberists in a tent.
