First of all I'd like to say thanks. I've been reading this forum for a couple months now and its been invaluable to planning my first Roo.
One question I still have though, is that my friend and I are going tent only so we have no way to charge our cell phones. We'll likely be splitting up so ideally we'll keep our phones on to stay in touch. My battery will maybe last 3 days, but definitely not from Thursday-Sunday. One thing we've considered is bringing an extra cell phone battery (probably cheaper than a solar charger). But I was wondering if you had any ideas or things that you have done in the past.

Yeah, they have a tent/booth/thing where you can bring it to be charged. If you're cool with leaving it there, that's an option. Other than that.....use it as little as possible, turn it off overnight, etc. Maybe even turn it off during shows if you and your friend are both there if you really want to try to conserve the battery.
There are also phone charger things that run off batteries - you put in a AA battery and get a little extra charge from that. Things like this: www.iwantoneofthose.com/outdoor-travel/emergency-phone-charger/index.html I have one around somewhere which conveniently doesn't work with my phone...lol. I'm pretty sure I just bought mine at the supermarket so it should be pretty easy to find one, although depending on your phone I don't know about finding one that will work for your phone. But it might be an idea.
