I would just get a layer or two of dry ice for your cooler. It's cheaper, and you won't have to worry about if your neighbors have any jump cables come Monday morning.
Otherwise, the lines for ice are never bad from what I remember.

An electric cooler will kill your battery permanently if you try to use it instead of a cooler with ice. It's only meant to be used while the car is being driven.
electric coolers dont even get that cold. My folks have one, and its just noisy and keeps stuff like 45 degrees, nowhere near as good as ice. And like someone said, lines are usually short, where we went last year there was never more than 2-3 people in front of us.
Yeah, the ice lines are quick. I was even worried my first year they were going to really jam us on the price, but it's reasonable. If you can get it, dry ice is the way to go.

lines for ice are never long. roo is run pro style. screw an electric cooler-the ice melting over your back on return trip makes it well worth the effort.
Besides - Ice is only abouy $3.00 a bag and if you get dry ice - your regular ice lasts longer also
last year it was $5 a bag a very small bag at that 5-7 lbs. Definately NOT resonable, no lines is true but they DO gouge you on price. Dry ice is the way I am going that route this year. hopefully Publix still carries it around here.
I don't care what you say about me, just spell my name right---P.T. Barnum "As I was walking up the stairs I met a man who wasn't there He wasn't there again today I wish to God he'd go away."
