hi everyone, i've been trying to find a more scenic route from south eastern mass to bonnaroo, and came across the blue ridge parkway. I was wondering if it'd be possible to leave between 10 am to noon , then to drive on this road and still make my way towards the farm, or would it be to far out of the way, or does it not even go in the direction im hoping?
Its a beautiful drive, but I bet it adds 5 hours to your trip. If you take it get off at Townsend TN, and follow the directions to Knoxville through Maryville. Then take 40 west to 75 south, when in Chattanooga take I-24 back towards Nashville, the farm will be an hour away on your right.

well could anyone help me plan a route, i cant figure out how i would put the road into google maps or something, since it is a road and not a fixed address.
You could cruise into Asheville, and then pick up 40 into Knoxville and route to Manchester from there. Or you could navigate down to Brevard from the Blue Ridge and take backroads out to 75 just east of Chattanooga (which is how I am going out there). Be pretty easy to do.... definitely the scenic route.
