Hey guys, I mistakenly posted this in the Camping forum.
My friend lives on the edges of Cedars of Lebanon State Park (and works in Murfreesboro), and I was wondering if anyone had any tips on what the best route might be? It's near Murfreesboro Rd.
Should we just shoot down I-24 and get off at Exit 111 and go in through Bushy Branch, or should be turn around and go through the makeshift exit?
Any particular roads we should take instead of 24?
I'd appreciate any pointers, just trying to make the initial hour of our ride easier since it's likely we'll be sitting on the road for a while once we get close.
Thanks in advance :-)

From Cedars of Lebanon you can go straight down (south) Hwy 231 into M'boro, straight thru M'boro to I-24 and you're 30 miles from Roo.
The trick is ignoring all the signs and just keep going straight. The hwy will change names/#'s a couple times but goes straight to I-24.
You could also cut over to 840 and take it down to I-24 and avoid M'boro traffic. Go south on Hwy 231 and when you see signs for the Nashville Super Speedway. Follow them and they will take you to 840.
Either way, get to I-24 and just follow traffic to Roo
