Only vegetarians on Inforoo this afternoon?
Has anyone ever SEEN anyone bring a full size grill?
This is going to be my 5th 'Roo and I honestly don't ever remember seeing anyone bring a full size grill... Nor can I find anything about it on the official website.
I just want to make sure we won't get hassled because security thinks we are trying to vend without a license or something...
I don't ever remember seeing on - I just found this on the FAQ on Bonnaroo.com
What will we be allowed to bring into the campgrounds?(Coolers, food, beer, kegs, stoves, etc.)
You can bring coolers with a consumable amount of provisions into the camping area; however, they cannot be brought into the Centeroo / concert field. SMALL grills and camping stoves will be allowed. No kegs, No pig roasts, no 55-gallon drums!
Any know of any explicit rule against bringing a full size grill - or has anyone ever brought one and gotten any hassle?
We have gotten away with camping stoves in the past but we are going with a 20+ person crew this year and will have tons of food to cook.
I brought one last year and had no issues. I will say that I didn't get searched but I don't forsee them giving you a hard time. I had a full size propane tank and a full size travel grill.
You could just do how we do in Cajun Country...propane tank, propane cooker, and two pots (one large iron pot and one large aluminum stock pot) and you can cook everything you ever wanted!!!

I imagine they're more concerned with someone buring 30lbs of charcoal in a half barrel and setting fire to half the county. I don't see why a propane grill would be bad- most RV's have them.
