Alright guys, I know Bonnaroo is only a few days away. But I am getting last minute things together and I need some quick advice on good mud shoes that I can purchase at the store like Target or Walmart or even Dick's Sporting Goods. Please help me out!! I heard mud shoes may come in handy especially if it rains or something. Thank you
I just wear my Tevas in the mud, a lot of people are going to say crocs. Just get something that straps on and won't pull off easily and that you won't care if they get wet. In '04 (the super muddy year) I eventually just said f it and went barefoot. That mud was pretty extreme though.

I'm so gonna try and convince my boss to loan me some more extra money on top of the money he's already loaning me to buy a pair of crocs today. i miss mine and i just don't think my regular sandals will hold out in the mud. plus, the comfort of the sandals i do have just won't compare.
I prefer boots for very muddy conditions. They make me feel invincible walking through deep muddy goop. For Tevas and crocs, I think about what the mud is going to feel like before I stop into it. I'd rather just wade right in.
Has anyone dealt with Sanuks in harsh mud conditions? They feel pretty stable on my feet, just wondering if I should bother switching to real shoes in the event of mud bogs.

I'm going to have Tevas with me, and hopefully my rain boots too. I'll probably just end up wearing my Tevas if it gets muddy, I feel like rain boots will just be hot and sticky and they're so clunky to walk in. Plus I'm afraid I'll just pull my foot right out of the boot if I take a step when I'm standing in a lot of mud!

I agree, I'm bringing mud boots but they will be worn only as a last resort in the most extreme of circumstances.

My sanuks got fairly muddy last year and kept falling off my feet and became slippery they got so gross i had to leave them at the campsite eventually. I would bring a better shoe for the muddy weather
