There is usually someone in line willing to sell a ticket, and you'll probably get a good deal on it, but it's risky. If you're willing to gamble and attempt to get a good deal, go for it. If you want to be sure to get in, buy online.
there will always be a few people selling tickets for cheaper than they bought but thats always a gamble.
As far as scalpers..the more tickets that are sold and the closer the festival gets to selling out than the more they will charge. But you shouldnt have any problem.
