Hi there - this year we decided not to camp, but to day park everyday. Can anyone give me any ideas on how to see the Thursday bands if we're not able to day park until Friday?
I hate how this isn't better explained on the website, but for future reference, there is day parking available on all days of the festival, including Thursday. The only bad part about Thursday is you'll have to enter through the northwest entrance and wait in line along with everyone else trying to camp.
It seems most people don't understand this because the website is confusing and only mentions the policy for leaving the camping area and coming back, which doesn't apply to day parkers. We pulled into day parking at about 4pm on Thursday and there were only about 10 other cars there.
