Seriously, get the fuck over it. The OP is asking a question that hasn't been discussed in other threads, and as far as I can tell, is a question that warrants its own thread. I don't understand the hate for Phish and Phans on this board. Everyone just likes to bitch and moan whenever someone makes a thread that even mentions Phish.
And I'd spring for NYE. It's likely to be four days, and Miami > Cali as far as I'm concerned.
Well we still don't know where Halloween is yet. I understand it is probably in Indio, but I harbor a secret hope it will be on the playa where they have burning man.
You're wrong. This did not need its own thread. There are plenty of other fish threads this could have gone in. If I had to choose I would choose stabbing forks into my ears.

teehee! I think the Phish haters are funny! I'm glad I'm not that angry with the world that I have to gripe over a thread being made over a band I choose to dislike.
I'd rather stab a fork in my ear than be that miserable, personally
I just hope I can make one of these two runs. If I had to choose though, Halloween would take the cake. Both because of a chance to see a one time cover of a renown album in music history, and also because the NYE isn't confirmed yet ;D

OMG, your post was INTENTIONALLY MEAN!?!?! Don't they ban people for that around here? If you value your account, you're much better off using the Inforoo standard of passive-aggressiveness when you're mad at me.
And I still say NYE, but I hear what you're saying Strum. The only thing is that I haven't realy seen Phish all that much; it's my first tour. When I see Phish, I wanna see Phish, not Phish playing Floyd or Phish playing The Who. I just wanna see Phish. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying that these shows aren't great - I've listened to old Halloween covers and they're phenomenal. That combined with the fact that I don't really want to go way out West makes it an easy choice for me.
However, I'll at best only catch one of the NYE shows, of the speculative four. I'll be crusing 12/26-1/2. But if there's a show 1/2, it's straight from the dock to the venue.
