Is it just me or have the post-Bonnaroo mafia games been extra heated? Before Roo, everyone was all about candy and hugs and sh*t. Now each game is like an episode of The Shield.
6/18: Phish in Hartford 6/25: Phish in Camden 7/2-7/4: Nateva 7/17: God Street Wine at Irving Plaza 7/23-7/25: String Cheese at Red Rocks!! 8/17-8/18: Phish at Jones Beach 9/3: Rush at PNC
This Bonnaroo lineup is in dire need of some Rush.
EAP was in the pit for the Saturday night headliner, right up front and on the left side of the stage. It had been a great show so far - amazing lights, surprise guests, rare cover versions, et cetera. She was so entranced by the show, that she barely even noticed the torrential rain and giant puddle around her feet. She also didn't notice the shadowy figure on the rafters above the stage. As the band was in the middle of an incredible jam, the cloaked man loosened all the nuts and bolts on one of the speakers. It swiftly fell, landing directly on EAP, and then sent electric currents all throughout her body once it splashed in the puddle.
Meanwhile, Trillbill had nommed a metric ton of corn that night, and the next morning, he awoke under a tree in Centeroo. One of the staff members was trying to nudge him awake. As he was doing so, he noticed Trill wasn't wearing a bracelet. "No, I bought my ticket fair and square, it must have fallen off last night when I was under the grace of Corncat!"
"Yeah, yeah, likely story, pal. Now get outta here!" Ten minutes later, he was out on Rte. 55, with a tent on his back and a sign that read "Minnesota or bust".
The game is over - the mafia now outnumber the townspeople, and have taken over the entire festival.
The mafia were Kelaroo, NothingButFlowers, and Baconus66. The inspector was Handgunhips. Everyone else was innocent.

^^I still don't know how you immediately fell for NBFs theory that it wouldn't make sense for HGH to be the inspector. Immediately when I saw that, it was never more obvious that NBF was mafia... and then when you instantly agreed with it I thought the mafia were doomed for being so obviously allied.
Props to Kel. She was the only mafia member I didn't nail on my first guess. Although, you can probably thank the above for that

I am a sucker for a good conspiracy theory, what can I say? I didn't really fall for it as much as scrutinize the possibility of all options. I tried to rally up against NBF at the end with EAP but at that point I looked guilty as sin.

Geez, give me a little credit. I never said that it wouldn't make sense for HGH to be the inspector. I just said it was possible that she was not the inspector. And, actually, it was a really logical argument.

haha well it worked, so it must have been logical to some. You do deserve credit, that's for sure! I didn't mean to deprive you of that!
I find it hilarious that everyone went from being skeptical of you one round (but ultimately deciding Jen was more suspicious) to agreeing with you and voting along side of you the next round. How does that happen?
