Do yall think the ferris wheel will be back? When I went a couple years ago they didnt have it so I was hoping they would this year. Also...what about the sonic forest? Is that a given or does it need an announcement as well?? I hope I get to experience those two things...

looks like the Coleman repair station will be pretty busy. I was looking for a new Roo tent on Amazon and a lot of the Coleman tents are nicely priced, but got terrible field reviews. I saw a lot of people had bought them in one of the other threads. Hopefully there will be no terrential downpours this year.
Does anybody know anything about the Drops of Water (eco folk music) at Solar Stage? Sounded interesting, just wondering what the heck it is

Actually, isnt it permanantly there? (cemented in the ground, and such?...no?, same with the VW Garage?)
Also, anyone else think the Garnier Salon just might be the worst thing at Bonnaroo yet?....that might have been a sponsor they should have said NO to....

I dont know. Showers seem cool, but I find it hilarious that there's going to be a salon. Those would be some brave souls, styling dirty hippie hair ;D....the last thing I'm concerned about at Roo is my hair, and I'm girlie!

A summer US tour of his “Sonic Forest” installation that includes “Summerfest” in Milwaukee, WI, and “Bonnaroo” in Manchester, TN as well as a European tour including the Galstonbury Festival and festivals in Barcelona and Madrid, Spain. Past tours have included “Bonnaroo” and the “Hyde Park Calling” with Roger Waters of Pink Floyd and with The Who in London, UK.
It's funny, Sonic Forest was actually a traveling art exhibit that happened to come to Roo and there should have been no expectations it would be back last year, but they came back and did a special installment. Now it's an assumed given. Dammed if you do or don't I guess.

I was thinking that too. Who in all their dirt and glory is going to say 'let me take time out of my day of seeing music to get my hair styled?' I guess they may have some funky styles they may let these people do in their state of mind...but I dont think that if I was a stylist I would touch hair as dirty as most peoples would be.
I think the salon is great. I was gonna get a haircut this week, but I can wait until I get to Roo now. I was thinking about a perm with some teal & orange highlights. Can I get a massage & facial too?

Bonnaroo should host their first annual "Guitar Hero" Tournament of Champions. That would get people packing into the Arcade Tent. Two guitarist squaring off for the ultimate prize..... Air guitar with band of your choice on Sunday. That would be tight!
I would never do it myself, and wouldn't watch much over any other music, but there's always a little spare time, and I would love to watch me some tourney style guitar hero.
