I hear they are really hit or miss live...apparently these guys thrive off their guest performers. A big spot at bonnaroo could bring out the best in these guys in my opinion. Thoughts?

i don't want a hit or miss performer... i want one who will deliver what i paid for.... that being said... thievery corp is great stuff. and i'd most likely check them out if they played
Thievery Corp would definitely be worth checking out. The whole "hit or miss" thing doesn't bother me too much. I'd rather see a miss at a festival where I can go console myself with a hit (that is obviously not phrased correctly, by that I mean a good performance) than any other time. I think it would be worthwhile. I'd love to see them there.

I would definitely check them out, I've just recently caught back up with them and am pretty impressed with the direction they've grown to. For some reason I was under the impression they'd already played 'Roo... Not sure where in the world that thought came from though.
