I'm not sure if I've watched a full college basketball game since I moved away from Syracuse in 2010 but I enjoyed seeing UB get the win tonight over Arizona. Fun things happening with UB Athletics these days!

But as a Kentucky fan myself, Arizona felt daunting. I was not happy with that as our (most likely) second-round matchup.
So hey, who knows what will happen. UK didn't exactly crush Davidson today, and they've been inconsistent offensively for most of the year. The rule with this team is: if they go five minutes without scoring, they lose (shocker, right?); when they don't have such a drought, they win.

Well, this is the first time UB has won in the tournament, I think, so it's already a successful week. Everything from here on is house money.

It's a tradition that everything I root for/need to happen in the tournament goes all to hell day 1. Damn Arizona.
Alabama made so many contested buckets last night against VT. Combine that with a crucial charge call late in the game, which took away a 3 point play and lead to a technical...it was just par for the course.
So many brackets got screwed up on this loss, it's probably a washout. Unless people had Virginia not making the Final Four, they're making out good right now.

Preparing for an ass whipping from the Rockets. We have a brutal 5 games in 6 days Run even though they are all at home. I’m hoping for 4-1 but realistically think 3-2 or 2-3 is more likely. It would have been a tough spot to be in with 4 in 6 but that roof leak fucked shit up. Rondo is resting tonight and there is a shot we finally get Solomon Hill in a couple days.

Except I definitely committed a cardinal sin and cheered for Duke against Iona because apparently I hate Iona more. Which was a big realization for me.

Man I'm so happy seeing the Ramblers win. I used to go to their games all the time when I was a kid. Same with the UIC Flames and Northwestern.
