If the Blazers called up the Nets and said hey we really want Ben Simmons for some reason here's Scoot Henderson and salary filler I'm pretty sure the Nets would take that. If they're not completely insane, that is.

yes because there is a salary cap. the same way that if the Heat called up the Bulls and offered Jaime Jaquez for Demar DeRozan the Bulls was insta-accept despite DeRozan being clearly better than Jaquez.

No its actually because Ben Simmons just had his second back surgery and is afraid to dunk and Scoot Henderson is a 20-year old third overall pick who will likely see a basketball court more than thirty times next season.
