I'm also living in DC (for now), but I'm leaving the area and taking a cross country trip all summer, so I'm selling everything. I do happen to have a 3 person tent with 2 gear vestibules, all poles, stakes, rainfly, and tote bag- only used 3 times. I'd be willing to give it to a fellow Rooer for $25.
