TEXT ;DI hail from the great city of manchester. It's amazing to see a music venue of such great acts come to my home town. that place is seriously so small that the first year the locals didn't know what the hell happened. This will be the third year I am going Have fun everyone.
Louisville, Ky here. Would love to get together with some others from the area. Going solo and would like to hang with compatible people. Also--will really need help putting up the tent. Not really a one person job. Will reciprocate with other return favors.

I'm sure countless others will offer to help you, but if you can find me in the sea of people at roo, i'd be more than happy to help you with your tent i'll have a colorguard (marching band) flag somewhere on my site

I have family near there. I'm from Cincy. I love it at there place at sunset, it's so peaceful. Then they live on Farmers Retreat. Not much around there really.
Dillsboro is okay. I am originally from California so everything runs at a different pace here and its hard to get used to. You are right about the sunsets though, very pretty.
Cincy is ok. I head over there at least a couple times a month to get my "closest thing around to a big city" fix.

If it weren't for the fact that I can walk to most places I need I'd hate the city. Not enough trees, but the upside is I only have to drive my car to go to work or see a movie. Other than that, I'd rather live in the country.
this will be my 3rd roo...needless to say i am already stoked!!! the last 2 years we left from richmond, ky (hold in the wall) this year i will be starting out from wurzburg germany. i wouldnt miss it for the world!! steph

Heh I can imagine the look on their faces. Last year they had booths lined up Bushy rd selling stuff, one guy was giving away popcorn.

Well it's not that I don't like the country - Indiana is just hardcore country. Living in the city and in the country has both positive and negative factors.

We might be able to leave Thursday afternoon, hopefully. We didn't leave Birmingham until about 12 or 1 pm last year on Thursday and we only sat in about 5 hours of traffic (for the last 15 miles), which isn't too bad compared to what other people sat in.
My friend is coming up from Montgomery and she might not be able to leave until later that day, so we might have to wait on her. I don't want her to have to drive by herself. No big deal, we just might have to sit in a lot more traffic!
Proudestjen ,glad to c anotherdmb fan also was starting to think I was the only one, hopefully c some of you guys and girls there, leaving tues nite and getting a hotel wed so we can have one last good shower before the weekend, arriving in Manchester sometime early thurs morn like 4 or 5 in the morn,if so c ya at wal mart!

We're driving down from Traverse City, Michigan. My friend has a job meeting Thursday so we won't be leaving until Thursday night -- and then driving all night.
As long as we're there by the time Dylan starts...
