ok, i'm going to pose this question to all the smart folk on "the board", to determine if I need to freak out yet.
I bought my VIP Tix, april 20th.... and I go to the bonnaroo tickets page and go to my account and i look up for my receipt # and it shows NOTHING I can't find any online proof that i bought my tickets, Is it a glitch? I never got a email confirmation either.... i'm pretty sure about all my info being correct and i DO have a printed out confirmation page that I printed soon as I bought the tix so I have physical proof of purchase with reciept #.... BUT,, why come it's not on the internet?? I don't seem to have any way to find a tracking number in case the tix bounce around and I gotta go chase'em. should I lose my sh*t yet? the money was taken out of my bank, and i have proof so I should be good,,, i just don't know what to do. help
Make sure that you are logging into the VIP Ticket Section of BonnarooTickets.com and access your account there. You should have alos received an email with delivery info.

i, like mac, had that same issue with the receipt number.. it still doesn't show up, but i got an email with all of my tracking information, so my worries have subsided. check your email, if there is no information then i'd call.
you clicked on order history right?....might try the regular ticket page too. then just call or email them. but you got the receipt so it'll be alright.
You had to pay with a credit card? Do you have a old statement to see if your card was charged? That is where I would start first.....If you see your card was charged you then should contact SuperFly.........That would be a good start....Good luck to you man
YEAH! talk to superfly! they are awesome.. i was freakin cause i won two free tix from them but had no info on what or where my tickets where... i emailed them and got a response right away and they fixed all my problems! yeah!

Yea!! I got a message back from superfly and they got me my conformation email.... no shipping details..... but i'm less worried now that I know that my tickets are somewhere. and also the place they'll get delivered to, will have other peoples bonnaroo tix showin up (probly same time!) I think i can sleep easy now.... if i don't have thoes sweet ass tickets in my hand by wed..... i'll start to freak out again. but i think all is good.
