Well, I still maintain that post from DJ JD was just a joke, so personally that does nothing to ease my worries about Cake being too easy.
I don't know if it's novel for djjd to preface a clue with clue. Maybe he was just thinking about cake when he posted about the mudshark, and it combined in a mixed metaphor.
The Cake logic is a bit weak it could just as easily be String Cheese.
String cheese for dessert, though? I'm sorry, but I'm not buying that. If I'm from Wisconsin and I've never had cheese as dessert, I highly doubt anyone else considers it a dessert food, either.
"a perfect finish" may refer to a word or statement that implies a perfect finish, like exclaiming "encore" or bravo or something... or be describing a famous closing song or song at the end of an album

But the finish is perfect, the meal is misspelled...
Besides, didn't we all already agree that 'If the pink elephant rides at midnight, that means the dogs are in bloom' was for SCI?

also ...finish play on "finnish" perhaps?
Although i would love for this to be true, all the Finnish bands I can think of wouldn't exactly fit at Roo (H.I.M., Apocolyptica etc.)
