So I just tried hooping for the first time this weekend. I have the bruises on my hips to show for it I can see why people enjoy doing it, it was fun, but also a lot of work! I will definitely consider taking it up when my finances are in order.

Julie, we should get together and practice before roo! There is (or used to be anyways) a hoop dance group that meets on Sunday afternoons in Nashville. Once the weather warms up we should check it out!

I'm not sure if it was at Rothbury or Summercamp where a girl was hooping like 3 or 4 LED hoops at once...right in front of me. It was amazing. My eyes and brain are still not on the same page because of it, but hey, it's all good. I LUV HOOP CHIX

i just made my first hoop while being snowed in!! i love it cant wait for spring so i can hoop outside running out of room in the house! now just have to figure out the collapsible aspect so i can bring one along!
