Im going to condition my self for bonnaroo. First thing Im going to do is turn off all the air conditioning in the house, Next im going to stop bathing. And last Im going to live on grilled cheese till the show.
In 9 days Ill not know the differance when Im at Bonnaroo.
let's see... it's been 90+ around here for the last few weeks. very unseasonable. According to www.accuweather.com it's supposed to be in the lower 80's for the duration of roo with rain on thursday (fun fun). No matter HOW humid it is in the lower 80's, it's not going to be that bad. I live in the middle of swamps so I'm ready
yeah ive been checking www.weather.com and it looks like a pretty good forecast for the week of roo.....having to extrapolate from jackson, tn forecast thru 06-09 though since that is to the west of manchester.......cloudy thru most of the week with a few scattered showers.......sounds good to me, we might get to clean up some
I've been training myself musically. Lot's of Britney and Usher. The occasional fory into serious musicianship like Nickelback or Staind. Whatever MTV says is going to be there.
I'm taking it easy. When I go soak in the pool(about 30" deep) I never take more than 12 beers in the cooler. That way I have to get out of the pool, walk all the way to the house and re-up the cooler. At this time I'm listening to a very tasty Little Feat show on the 'ol XM. Peace,Love & Chicken Grease Steevo ;D

rock on capt! I had planned on living on grilled cheese alone once at the roo until i read that people find it annoying to make a hot meal every time... so it looks like heady cheese and the occasional cold cut sandwich. Oh well. Anyway, I'm closing in on a month of not drinking Not as many parties once I got back home as there were at college. Oh well, I'll be at the biggest party in the world in a little over a week...

just another illustration of the difference in our outside lives.....i tend to drink/whatever more when i'm visiting my folks than i ever do here at home--school......but then again my folks are little less traditional than the norm.....former hippie mom and biker dad......made for an interesting childhood ;D
since I am over 40 and about to die soon, I have been doing aerobic workouts to maintain my stamina for 16 hour days of music, sun and partying. And drinking like a fish.

Jeez, do I want to party with you! Wanna come over and paste magazine cut-outs of Blink-182 on my bedroom wall? Then we can just chill out and listen to some good ol' Simple Plan.
