Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
I couldn't agree more with the watching Corncat for hours. I'm a DJ at my Uni, and during my show on Thursday I couldn't stay away from Inforoo (I mean, how could I?). I started watching Corncat, and well, you know how it is, next thing there's dead air then me laughing insanely into the mic. It's hard to explain Corncat on-air.
"There's this cat, and it's eating a cob of corn..."
Ok, I'll go back to lurking now...while watching Corncat all day.
OK, so now that I have been lmao all morning and I cannot really tell the kids about it! How do you explain corn to young children? Maybe this can help.....
I actually gave you some karma, since I totally understand where your coming from. Every time I hear of some dumbass ODing I just think one more reason Americans will never have a healthy relationship/understanding with druqs. To paraphrase Bill Hicks, I've done plenty of drugs, never ruined my life and had a great f-in' time. When do I get a commercial? It's a damn shame we cant get 80K people together without some idiots overdosing and dying and stuff. Unfortunalty, yelling at idiots to not be stupid won't make them smart, just argumenative, like in that movie "Idiocracy."
Hehe great flick Idiocracy, no way you like Corncat ? I like corncat too.
When my little brother was about 5 or 6 (I'm sketchy on the year), my next youngest brother and I had him doing a perfect Cornholio. T-shirt over the head and everything. Drove my mom nuts! ;D
So this is my 100th post!!!! I couldn't think of a better thread to post it in than this one. I'd like to take the opportunity to thank Corncat. Without Corncat none of this would be possible. I would have never been able to reach 100 posts before leaving if not for Corncat. I owe Corncat much gratitude for helping me get through the hardship of having to pass the time before Bonnaroo. I do admit that I have become addicted to Corncat. And unfortunately, it appears that my own cat, Homer, has become quite jealous of all of the attention I have been giving to Corncat. But what can I do? Homer won't eat the corn. Anyway... Thank You Corncat!!!!!!!
*i like coconuts, you can break them open they smell like ladies lyin in the sun** *Hell I don't even know where I am** *for now I must sit here and ponder the yonder: The herbivores did well cause their food didn't never run** *We listen, if it feels good We shake** *You made a big impression for a girl of your size, Now I can't get by without you and your big brown eyes.**

As much as I love Inforoo, all the beautiful people involved, and of course Corncat, I still feel disappointed with how the original post was received. The fella may have been too forceful and judgemental in his opinions, but to me it sounded like it came from a good place: he just wanted to see people take care of themselves and have a better time doing so. And the real point of his post-- that partying hard is dangerous, so be smart-- is by no means something that goes against what we're all about. I just wish I could have seen people take more tact with him, appreciate what he was trying to say and not jump on how poorly and harshly it was said.
That's all. Just had to say something. I love you all, and I also want to see everyone take care of themselves.

He may have had an effect. I remember a lot of talk last year about how much alcohol people were bringing to Roo. Now it seems like it's hard to find anyone who'll admit drinking more than an occasional beer and all you hear is "fill your vehicle with as much water as it will hold" and "drink a gallon of water after every beer". Somebody needs to warn us on the dangers of water intoxication.

here's another picture of the early growing corncat, long before his hair color changed, with his masters daughter, Catrina. He has loved corncat since a young age...
