Absolutely not you will still get 3 days of music. I dont think i would bother going if I wasnt going to get there until Saturday but thats my opinion. You're really only missing half a day of music

Im not quite sure that the spots will be worse.....Ive never arrived Friday morning but depending on which way you come in you may end up with a closer spot. Its a crap shoot though
In '03 (which probably makes this irrelevant) we came in at about 1pm Friday and got set up in day parking b/c they were out of space... But like I said, probably not so relevant to this year's festival.
I came Friday late morning last year, and we were soo far away, the walking started to suck. I'm going first thing this year, to get as close as possible, so it's easier to do a quick walk back to the tent to have a beer or water, and get back to the shows. But you'll survive..

a. when coming on friday, since theres less people, are the cops more likely to search longer and harder
b. when coming on friday, hows the traffic situation really? are we going to be like the last people coming in.... and is there a time when they cut off who can come in??
