Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
Has anyone one tried this? Do they check when entering Centeroo as to what exactly is in your camelbak? There is also a device called a beer belly, anyone try this?
no carbonated drinks in the camelback!! no soda or beer. as soon as you bite on that mouth piece, you're gonna get blasted with foam.
what i do is a ton of koolaid or gatorade powder, some water, and a lot of vodka. although i'm sipping on a red tube (red liquid flowing through the hose), security never took it away.
You don't. Even if you do get it past the checkpoint, they'll take it from you and kick you out of centeroo in the most inconvenient way if they see you with it. I learned this the hard way.
^^^ well sorry buddy but it's the rules, bring in liquor as suggested, buy beer in centeroo, or drink beers in the camping area and right up to arch...

They could make you empty your camelback, but usually won't. If they tell you that you have to, you can still turn around and get in another line. But that was before someone started this thread on the internet. Everyone knows that the powers that be follow everything on this board, so from now on, most likely Camelbacks will be banned from Centeroo. Thanks for that.
you could also consider taking a cooler of beer to the inforoo area and going over there to get one now and again. i dont think they would mind and they are closer than most other sites. my site is always very very close in access area and you could leave it there too. i think if you go to the inforoo brunch you will meet someone who would letyou do that. thats not perfect but it an idea.
its sorta the way it is with roo. its a lot of fun but there are rules. a lot of people want to bring in wine in glass bottles but its not worth the hassle.

I'm pretty sure I'm not the first person to put liquor in a camelback, and security have made my friends dump their's before, just not mine. So I think the secret's been out for a long time
