Just standard Pale, Hefe, Porter, etc... It is just extremely fresh, and extremely good, I am going to try and have some at the brunch. They also do a "hop project" once a month or so and then gives the recipe used on his blog. I had a freshly squoze Growler of this last night, and it was great.
HOP PROJECT #27 out in bottles... Hop Project #27 is denoted by notches on the side of the label, bottled on 1st week in March. For this batch, we first wort hopped with Nugget and Simcoe, then Amarillo and Cascade at 30 min, followed by more Nugget and Simcoe at five minutes left in the boil. We dry-hopped with Cascade and Nugget after six days in the fermenter. We were aiming for a pure West-Coast-style shot-o-grapefruit-juice IPA, and I think that is what we got!
This will most likely be the last Hop Project in the Brewmaster's four pack packaging. We're getting an individual six-pack carrier done for the Hop Project series, and we'll be packaging our upcoming Rye Saison in the Brewmaster's four pack.

Sweetwater confirmed last week that they will be back.
On a dorky beer note, Sweetwater released a Quad last week. My package store only got 3 cases and I bought 1. It's by far one of the best beers I've ever had.
I know how that goes. There is an awesome Chili beer (Cave Creek Brewing) from Arizona I beleive, and none of the distributors in Georgia can get a hold of it. It sucks.

Does anyone know of the list of beers they have at Bonnaroo? I have allergies and I've got to check the ingredients before I can imbibe. (Lame, I know but I cannot and will not ruin my first Bonnaroo because I drank some beer that has ingredients that my body despises!)
In addition to those, which were also in the brewers tent, they had Starr Hill's Love (a banana flavored beer), and Ninja Porter (not totally sure whether that's the full name). Also some lame-ass Budweiser shit.
I just went to a small festival last weekend, and I barely spent any money, which got me to thinking: Why the hell was Bonnaroo so expensive last year? I came up with two primary reasons.
1.) At this small festival I could walk around with the beer I brought with me, no big deal. At Roo I was spending major cash on beer in Centeroo (and it didn't help that I was buying for two people). We didn't even drink enough to get drunk or anything, and supplemented it with our own, free beer back at camp. But yeah. it can get expensive anyway.
2.) Taxis. Again, buying for two people, taxis get expensive if you use them enough. We were parked wayyyy out in BFE and we used the taxis heavily when moving all our crap to Tent Only.
Anyway, sorry to get off topic. I love me some IPAs. Anything hoppy is good.

I've always preferred hoppy ales too. To try to keep costs down, I try to view the brooer's tent as a special treat rather than where to go when I get thirsty. Same with Centeroo food.
