Not my cup of tea, but I bet it makes some of you guys pretty darned happy, they are sharing the stage, and I bet it is a blast. Also AC is producing the Knoxville show and it would not surprise me to see this as a Bonnaroo add complimenting Gwar. Better not be the Superjam though or I will be irritated. Presale on the 26th for Knoxville.

actually, these are the only dates the two will be together at www.gruesometwosometour.com/ all the other dates are for the mayhem tour, which is korn, rob zombie, lamb of god, etc.

I am VERY tempted to go to the Knoxville show. Alice Cooper is one of my "need to see before I/they die" performers. And I can probably convince the boy to go if Rob Zombie is on the bill.
The one time I ever worked at a music venue was during a Rob Zombie concert. I set up the drums with the drum tech and also helped put together the stage. Rob's wife, Sherrie Moon, was there also. She's about a foot taller than he is.

seen both live, Alice needs to stick to his older stuff (his Dirty Diamonds stuff not that good) nad keep his theatrics going to entertain most and Rob still knows how to bring it (saw a cover of Enter Sandman by Rob Z with John 5 totally awesome on the guitar solo!!!!!).

I read that Alice's Knoxville show last year wasn't so great at all. He is so entertaining night after night on his radio show, one would think he'd have a great production onstage.
I grew up worshipping Rock and Roll like a religion. I know its shortcomings and strengths but have loved it unconditionally all the same since I was eight-years old. I ran away and joined the circus and honestly, I'm still as obsessed as I was as a boy. I'm not a kid anymore but I still remember how it felt and it doesn't really feel all that different to me now.
