The announcements about the tour were kind of vague. I think they said something like "The Music of David Byrne and Brian Eno" so a lot of people kind of thought it might be both of them.
He played in Sydney, Australia at the Luminous Festival in 2009. It was an improvised set. You can look it up on youtube, although it's not terribly exciting.
He's never been much of a live performer and doesn't really consider himself much of a musician from what I've read.
I would bet if the right opportunity presented itself, he would do a short tour of some kind. But it wouldn't likely be a greatest hits type thing, more experimental, classical ambient type stuff.

Last year Brian Eno was in MPLS. and he was doing something, not touring for music....he was doing something at The Walker Art Center. He had a great interview on our public radio station as well.
