My schedule for school has changed, and I have school Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday mornings... making the drive to Athens and back Tuesday night, plus the money in gas, might just be too much at this very moment. I may have to back out
I'm not too saddened by it... ticket was cheap and bought LONG ago so no loss there, and I need to have more money for Prince, Omar Rodriguez, and Wrestlemania (fucking gas). However, it does make me sad to miss this great band. Hopefully they come around again (not likely) on a week that doesn't have a million things going on, and announce the show months and months in advance. Kind of inconvenient.
If ilovefestys doesn't end up needing those, I definitely know someone who would take one off your hands, zenfnp. PM me if you need someone to take one.

man it sucks that a bunch of you are not able to go. and it being will call no one can use your ticket. should have known with this being announced so far ahead of time and on a tues. people wouldn't be able to make it.
Yeah, it being announced so damn long ago really hurt my foresight... I surely didn't think I'd see two more concerts that week, which tacks on a pretty penny.

If it's a gas issue that's one thing, but if it's something where you're trying to get more sleep, I think you'll regret it down the line. Especially if they don't tour again. I know I would.
Both, but mostly finances. Believe me, sleep really isn't a huge issue when it comes to concerts, I've made 3+ hour drives from shows to go home for an hour or two, and then go to work, but coupled with the excess of money I'll be spending this coming two weeks, I just can't do it. I'm not too heartbroken, but one of my friends in DC saw them and she said she thought they'd tour again for sure, but who knows.
^And, that's the biggest problem. If I'd have known there were 2 other shows I'd want to go see, as well as making the trip to Mania the following week, I'd had not bought tickets. I'd want to go (still do), but I'd not have bought them. Prince and Omar just came up in the matter of weeks, and I had to put this to the side. Personal priorities, forced on by finances.
NoD, if this were a few years ago when I was more frivolous, I'd have no issue causing myself to go broke to see all this great Leno. But, I'm allot more cautious of my finances nowadays.

No I understand, I thought it was more of a time thing at first. I've just thought of missing shows before due to being rundown from a seeing a bunch of shows in a short period of time, and have never regretted going.
I will still have an extra ticket if anyone gets a wild hair and decides to go to Athens. Pretty sure I won't have a problem getting rid of it but would love to see an Inforooster get it.
