Hey everyone on Inforoo - I am a long time reader and first time poster. I had an assignment to make any website for a class at my university so I decided to make a survival guide based off of my first time at Roo. The url is www.cjn297.com/roo . Check it out and let me know what you think - I'll be adding my own pictures and new tips after this year's roo. Let me know if anyone has any advice or wants to share their own roo sites.
Pictures? Where did you get them from? If some are not yours, do you have permission to use them? Photographers get really excited when their property is used on other websites. Most have a copyright clause listed with their pictures. Most just want a mention. Some do not want them posted at all.
Other then that I like it a lot, I love information. I guess since I'm approaching 40 I love the idea of this huge pool of information. I remember traveling when I was in my early 20's and you needed to go to the library, magazines and other resources. Now it's all here, amazing.
Keep it up, there is lots to write about this thing we call earth.

Back in my day, we didn't have no telly-vision! We stared into the Sun until our eyeballs burst into flames! That's how it was and we LIKED it. We LOVED it!

Thanks for the feedback , I really appreciate it. I had to throw the site together quickly - I am a bit concerned about using the images and I'll make sure to give credit where its due within the next few days, but I'll be replacing all of them with my own once I get back from 'roo this year (and giving my advice an overhaul).
also maybe some of you friendly inforoo people might want to be involved: any photos or tips would be great... although there isnt any detail of bonnaroo not already discussed on inforoo i'd love to post anything people send my way on the site - just check out the about page

Harry, that's a bang-up job. Good goin'. This is my favorite quote from your guide: "Most importantly: HAVE FUN. Make sure that you are going to Bonnaroo for the right reasons and for yourself. Seeing all the shows your friends want to see might help keep the group together, but it could leave you wishing you saw your favorite bands. If one of your friends wants to stay in the movie theater all day and enjoy Lebowski-Fest or veg-out to Phish than let them, and go to your own favorite activities."
