I just looked it up, you're right. Looks like GPN might be opening for Mick Taylor and the Rustlanders? Or maybe Mick Taylor and the Rustlanders are playing the radio hour, then GPN will take the stage for the rest of the evening? Her facebook event says 9:00-11:00pm. Either way, we get to see Grace Potter and one of the members of the Rolling Stones in the same evening. That just made it even better.

Okay, 3rd and Lindsley's website has Grace Potter top billed then The Rustlanders, starting at 8pm. So the Rustlanders will get the radio hour starting at 8, then Grace Potter plays from 9-11 or whenever.
You know you want to. All the cool kids are doin' it. It'll make ya populaaaaaaaar!
I will have to rely upon either my sparkling personality or knowledge of useless trivia to make me popular. unfortunately, I have this thing called a job, that is necessary to produce this thing called income, that I seem to need in order to survive. Not compatible with spontaneous Sunday night jaunts up to Nashville...lol

Yeah, I have 2 of those job things. One for paying bills and another for the fun fund. And it's not spontaneous if you know about it a few weeks in advance, jfyi.

Last time I went and cracker was top billed, and they did the radio hour plus about another 45 minutes of music. I would not trust 3rd and Lindsley's website very much, they can never get their sh1t together.

I called Lightning 100 just to be sure, since they're the ones sponsoring the show. The Rustlanders will play from 8 to 10 on the air, then Grace Potter and the Nocturnals will finish out the night. Doors open at 6. I'll likely get there early to make sure I don't get edged out of going at all.

well. I actually considered throwing it in and doing this one just because I'd like to see these two acts and it would be fun to get together with some fellow roo-ers. Then I realized that I'm already committed for the weekend, going to hoopee jam (small but cool fest here in GA)...but damn, this sounds like a good show. You all enjoy.
We are meeting there to get dinner and drinks at 6:30 (Druid, another friend and I) so if you see us, please feel free to join us.
Druid is the 6ft blond, I'm the 5 ft 4 brunette with shoulder length wavy hair and tattoos on my back/neck, and my friend is 5 ft 6 with shoulder length straight red hair. We have two other girl friends joining us later also.

That place was sooooo crowded, I'm really glad I got tickets beforehand. Door guy said it sold out way fast. I was right behind the soundboard the whole night, didn't even make it to the back of the club.

YOu got a great spot then We were halfway in the back in the middle which was an ok spot. Grace rocked way more than the last time I saw her. I like her more and more every time I see her. Her band is amazing also.

I had a great spot to hear, but I could barely see anything until I figured out that I could watch the show in the big mirror behind the bar, as you can see from this crappy cell phone picture:
