Did anyone use these on the farm and how well did they work with the sulfur water?
Plasticpepper used either this brand or something similar all weekend.
But, strangely enough, the "sulfur" water in Centeroo this year didn't have a trace of sulfur.... it honestly tasted just like the filtered water. Even my super-sensitive friend who hates sulfur water admitted it tasted perfectly fine. In the campgrounds, I think the water was a different story, but I will def remember this for next year.
I've heard mixed reviews... some tasted it. some didn't. i didnt use it much but when i did, it seemed fine to me too. maybe it depends on the water station...

Yeah I used my Bobble all weekend and loved it...but I have to admit I can't really comment on the filter. The unfiltered water on the farm was GREAT this year - last year I really could not stomach it; I don't think of myself as being especially picky about that stuff but there was just no way I could drink it last year, it was awful. But this year I really couldn't taste a difference between that and the filtered water...which also meant that I couldn't really evaluate whether or not the filter in my Bobble was doing anything.
But even apart from the filter, I loved it! It was a great size, a little bit bigger than a standard water bottle but smaller than a Nalgene or Sigg or whatever other type of reusable one. And really lightweight too, so it was great for carrying around in my purse at Roo. Plus the cap and filter on mine were hot pink which made me happy!
