I'm 1 week away, I'll be getting dropped off at LAX on Tuesday night and arriving in Tn. on Wednesday morning. I haven't packed anything yet. My goal is to have everything packed by Sunday night with last minute runs to Walmart/REI if needed.
Boss man is fine with me not having someone cover my shift. Might have to work Wednesday and leave that night, but we're playing it by ear. Fingers crossed it all goes smooth and I can leave Tuesday night!
Uno. Got someone to replace me today when I wasn't feeling great. Pulled a negative covid test, and took an antacid (apparently I'm getting old), and now I can be officially excited to head south.

I had a nervous breakdown at work because the director's style of running the show like it's a one person docu-series instead of a crew built production, made me hit a wall. I was released early because we also weren't going to have craft services of ANY type and as a pescetarian/vegan (with indigestion this week to the point of seeing a doctor) there was NO lunch for me. Don't know if I will get my full pay or not, or if there will be repercussions... but I recorded over 5 gigs today somehow still.
