I thought I was being all smart when I did a dry run setting up my new EZ-up and new tent in my yard. Well, I took down the tent but we decided to leave the canopy up and had a few drinks under it. Eventually, I forgot about the ez-up until the next day when it was windy and my brand new ez-up tumbled across the yard (it was not staked down).
Now I need to fix it up! It seems repairable, some ripped velcro tabs, and two of the aluminum accordion parts along the side are broken. It will actually set up and work right now, a little duct tape would probably suffice to keep the broken pieces out of the way, but I was hoping someone else had dealt with this and might have some advice on how to repair the ez-up a little better. I think the duct tape fix might not be enough if there are storms or wind this year...
